Softron OnTheAir Video 3 Closed Captioning Option ST-3A006V this option enables the output of Closed Captioning data. It supports CEA-708 captions in a QuickTime track of a 1080i video file and outputs CEA-708 Closed Captioning using supported hardware. Note that it will also only work when using the same video format (size and fps). You will not be able to mix and match frame rates if you want to use Closed Captioning. It does not support CEA-608, nor SD Captioning yet.

If you are ordering an option together with a OnTheAir Video 3 license, you will receive only one serial number that contains everything, the application license, with all the options. But if you already have the license and that you order this option at a later time, you'll have to follow the guidelines below.
